Tosin Sowunmi is an up and coming designer with a strong sense of personal style and fierce pride for her parents’ homeland. Born in the U.S. and raised in Nigeria, Sowunmi seamlessly melds together her two cultural identities through her bright, bold and edgy designs. 

These designs are from here “Arewa” collection which means beauty in Yoruba. They were showcased in  New York during the 2010 African Fashion Week
